Kirkland & Ellis advised Great Hill Partners and its portfolio company, Paytronix, on the sale of Paytronix to The Access Group, a portfolio company of TA Associates. The acquisition of Paytronix, a digital guest engagement platform providing end-to-end tech solutions for restaurants, convenience stores and retail chains, was announced on November 1, 2024 and marks one of The Access Group’s most significant acquisitions to date.
